Technical Design

  • General Arrangements & Initial Design in the fields of: Structural, HVAC, Piping, Electrical, and Outfitting.

  • Basic hull dimensions, hydrostatic curves, stability, and damage stability calculations.

  • Ship speed and power performance assessment.

  • Class approval and collaboration with Classification Societies.

  • FEM (strength) and CFD (flow + thermal) analyses.

  • 3D Visualisations.

Workshop Docs

    • Complete Nesting including cutting cards and all required workshop documents.

    • Detailed Piping, Electrical, and HVAC arrangements.

    • Equipment and Supplier Selection based on our extensive maritime experience.

    • Drawings for Class approval (PRS, DNV-GL, ABS, BV, RMRS, CCS).

    • R&D and ‘Tailor Made’ engineering solutions.

    • Direct cooperation with production.

Project management

  • Ability to perform cost estimates, material requisition, consultancy work, technical coordination and product assessment.

  • Project handling & adjustable range of reporting.
